What kinds of bags can I store?
Suitcases, backpacks, shopping bags, and other common travel luggage. Valuables and hazardous items may not be accepted.
Can I use it without a reservation?
Book on the website first. Walk-ins are only possible if the store has space, and that is not guaranteed in peak season. Free cancellation until you drop off your bags.
Do I need to speak Korean to use this service?
No Korean needed. Check-in and check-out are done by QR code: just show your phone to the store. The service is available in English, Japanese, and Chinese.
