Getting started as a partner
Apply as a partner
Fill out the online application form. Enter your shop information, location, and available storage space.
Open the application form →Approval and agreement
Our team reviews your application and reaches out within 1–2 days. We sign a simple online agreement and create your partner app account.
Install and configure the app
Download the partner app and set your shop info, hours, and storage capacity. The whole setup takes about 5 minutes.
Start service
Once everything is ready, you can start right away. Your shop appears in the customer app and you can accept reservations.
Daily operations
Receive reservation alerts
When a customer reserves, the partner app sends you a notification. You can see the reservation time, number of bags, and customer info.
Customer arrival and check-in
When the customer arrives, scan the QR code in the app. Check-in is completed automatically and you take the bags.

Attach a unique number tag to each bag to find it easily later. (Tags are provided free of charge by Life is Travel.)
Store the bags safely
Keep bags safely in a designated storage area. You can see the live list of stored bags in the app.
Check-out and return
When the customer returns, scan the QR code to check out. Verify the tag number and hand the bags back.

Q. How many reservations come in per day?
It varies by location and season, but shops near tourist areas average 3–10 reservations per day. Peak season can bring even more.
Q. Can I decline reservations?
Yes. If you run out of storage space or have a special reason, you can decline reservations or adjust available capacity in the app.
Q. What if a customer never picks up their bags?
If a customer is past their storage time, the app automatically notifies them. After 24+ hours, our operations team contacts them directly.
Q. What happens if a bag is lost or damaged?
All bags are insured, so claims are handled through insurance with no cost to the store. Just report incidents in the app and our team takes it from there.
